11:00:28 AM | It's been a long time since I've updated this post! This post was originally created during my first time on the protocol, back in 2017. For those of you who don't know, my appendix ruptured shortly after and I ended up quitting the protocol and went back to eating however I wanted. In March of 2021, I came back to the protocol and have stuck to it ever since.
I'm feeling much better - still feel crawling or biting at times and deal with the red bumps but I know I'm on my way to recovery in God's time. I've learned that impatience and wanting things to happen right away just does not work. All it does is stresses me out, so I've handed everything over to the Lord and have decided not just to trust Him with my life, but to trust His timing as well.
In the meantime, I'm happy to be back in the community!
