Hello, I have been on the protocol for about five weeks and want to take the WPS internally. I understand how to decide the number of drops and to take the dose twice daily, waiting at least two hours before taking other supplements. My question is how much water should I put the WPS into? I appreciate any info on this subject. Many thanks, Elle.

I'm new and i need all the help i can get.
I'm only 25 and this crap has almost ruined my life!
