This website has grown so large that in order to see the transforming impact that our protocol is having in the lives of Morgellons sufferers and their families, one must now wade through a massive volume of information.

Therefore, we decided to create a special place that is dedicated to sharing medical updates, progress reports, and encouraging stories from those who are having their health restored. The posts shown here are unsolicited and unedited, and are taken from our own forum. They appear in order of their historical appearance.

The person who invests an hour or two to review this collection of posts will notice an emerging pattern of transformation here. Many arrive here in a condition of hopelessness and despair, often isolated and estranged even from their loved ones. They find here a place of safety and compassion, a place of learning and inspiration, a place of encouragement and admonition to "First Do No Harm".

They devour the information available here and begin the process of improving their daily choices as they take back responsibility for their health. They begin to first stabilize, then to improve their health to a place where they are functional and productive again.

Their Hope restored, and "having their life back again", they begin the process of identifying what specific challenges remain and they may venture off to explore new interests or opportunities.

Hello all,

Anyone who lives in the US has heard of our God!

We know he is always with us and God sent the Holy Spirit also That shows how much he loves us. But it is up to us to accept and believe.

The same with our protocol we know it works and we have to believe in it. Some people have had it a long time before we found someone and something to help us and I am thankful God lead me here. I am Doing so much better! Praying for it to be totally gone by the end of this year!!

But life is so much better

Being overwhelmingly sick, trying to constantly fight every single battle you’re up against every day, has an impact on your overall well-being. So that every day becomes a constant uphill battle with you always just trying to fight off what you’re up against.

When this happens it will cause your body to get stuck in a sympathetic stage and your nervous system continues to stay in the fight mode.

To be in a constant high alert status will make you become exhausted.

Wanting, wishing and then regretting that we aren’t well only tells your nervous system to keep constantly fighting.

So now tell yourself that you are safe here right where you are.

Being safe where you are is telling your nervous system that this only a temporary circumstance that you have accepted. This places your mind at ease versus a resignation, meaning you’re stuck here in a constant forever fight.

The good news is, changing your mindset helps in your recovery! Remember you have the availability to choose!
So don’t forget that in doing so that you are not giving up, you are just deciding to take the battle in a more relaxed state to help you overcome!

There is much medical research that has proven that it works and I have listened to other individuals with chronic Lyme and pain speak about how it helped them in their recovery.

The sympathetic system controls “fight-or-flight” responses. In other words, this system prepares the body for strenuous physical activity. The events that we would expect to occur within the body to allow this to happen do, in fact, occur. The parasympathetic system regulates “rest and digest” functions.

Hello Folks

I want to post on an issue that was discussed on Mel's most recent conference call. Seth , from Natural Immunogenics, discussed how it is "vital to understand the relationship between our teeth and our overall health." He then shared how valuable having a "biological" dentist can be.in this regard. This is something that I have also strongly advocated for for many years now.

Brilliant post sister. "Thank you." I would like to add that serotonin is another hormone that works alongside dopamine in the brain. And interestingly, they are both made in the gut. Go figure!

That said, I like to charaterze that they work together like this. Dopamine fuels feelings of joy and happiness. But serotonin fuels feelings of initiative or "being engaged." So interestingly enough, a person can actually be happy but still "immobile" or keep themselves alone with a serotonin deficiency. Or a person can be active and busy, yet "depressed" with a dopamine efficiency.

I think it is therefor very helpful to understand this relationship between these two hormones so we can better navigate through the emotional side of recovery. They certainly must each be in balance and working together for us to be emotionally healthy and well rounded!

This website is a tremendous source of knowledge at your fingertips.

I think it's the best website hands down for toxic disease on the world wide web:-).

So many websites are full of extreme horror stories, doom, gloom and misinformation. They scare the living daylights out of people! As If this illness wasn't hard enough to go through in the first place.

It's great that it's all documented here. Previous warriors journeys like Monica's, Teresa's, Peter's and Justin's are all here. It's fantastic they took the time to share their healing journeys with us. And just look at the multitude of posts on the forum both present and past! It's so important to learn how to heal every day..and you have it all here at your disposal.

Make use of this knowledge and experience! In this way, other peoples journeys can help you too in your healing journey.

And please throw away the microscope! It's an instrument of torture to you when you have this disease. We are none of us Nobel prize winning scientists... we will not discover exactly what this is. We will not persuade the blinkered medical profession or many loved ones or friends either.

What we can do is shift the focus away from exactly what this is, to what we can do to heal our weakened immunity. That's it ...that should be your main purpose. And be gentle on yourself too, give yourself Love as you go through this difficult journey.

It's not your fault your immunity became compromised and you got this. So give yourself a hug, breathe and know bit by bit , you can get through it!!

With the Grace of God, the help of Mel and the community and the manufacturers...you will get there.

Hello Everyone ,

Hope you are having a wonderful day in the Lord today ,
Yesterday was the Saturday call Coffee Tea with Me , thank
You Mel for bringing us all together once again , unfortunately
The Special guest that was scheduled for the call had an
Emergency and was unable to be with us , we do hope everything
Is OK with her and her family .

So we just all talked a little bit about the progress we are making
And how we're improving .. this will be a short post today , the call
Was not lengthy but it was very nice hearing how everyone is doing.

Laurie talked a bit about how she's doing , and did say it takes a
Long time to build your immune system back up , and how important it is to be patient and embrace the long haul of it even though we want to be better so much sooner, I sure understand, I would like to be well now , but know I have to be patient with the process and be determined to stick it out no matter what ! Laura stated she has been on the protocol for five years now , and she's doing good , she mentioned she gets to get her hair done for the first time in a long time , congratulations Laura that you are doing so much better and on your way to complete recovery !

Every victory no matter how big or small is a happy moment , and we should indeed be happy about each one ..

God's richest Blessings to you Laura and to your family also !

Jen talked a little also about how mach better she is as well , Jen encouraged everyone to listen to your body , and be kind to yourself through the process , and she stated through much prayer and patience she is improving , Congratulations to you as well Jen and God's richest Blessings to you and your family as well !

Peter came on and told us all that he had received his certification and he is now certified for the, Certified Response System for clinical conditions and he could now possibly bring to the forefront the Morgellons sufferers who have been told what they have isn't real , that it's all in there head. We all know it's not a d we certainly all know it's very real !

So now Peter says he can be an advocate for the people who suffer from this disease , Congratulations to you Peter for you achievement and your servant's heart , God Bless you in your endeavor to help others !

Joe gave a short update on Carrie Ann and his family , he loves where he lives now and says it is very beneficial to the whole family's well being and continued healing .

Nancy spoke a bit about her progress also and how much better she is doing as well , she no longer has cancer and stated her Dr said she didn't have to come back for five years , I believe that's what she said , she also say how grateful she is to Mel the protocol , the HCAF and God for her continued recovery ! Also the fantastic progress she has made , Congratulations to you also Nancy on accomplishing so much in turning things around , may you continue to experience progress and be doing your Happy dance very soon , prayers go up for Rusty as well and I hope he is doing well and he remains well for a very long time to come ! Refocus, Restore and Renew.

If I could offer 3 words of advice for all struggling with this disease; it would be Refocus, Restore and Renew. Begin by focusing on the benefits of this amazing protocol. Remembering, knowledge is power.

REFOCUS: We need to understand what a bio-terrain is and why we must maintain it. Before this disease, I had no idea what a bio-terrain was and never dreamed I needed to maintain a healthy one. Learn the importance of your immune system, microbiome in the gut and digestion. Research the benefits of your supplements and how each one supports your health.

RESTORE: It takes time to restore your health (bio-terrain and immune system) You must remain patient and stay true to this protocol. Each supplement we take has a specific purpose and is equally important. Think of this process as a journey to restore your health, focusing on the positive! In addition, pray to restore your faith and relationship in our Lord.

RENEW: This is the point of the journey when people do the “Happy Dance” For me, this was the point that I once again was able to hug my family and friends. I had energy and clarity and truly understood the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle; mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The renewed version of myself will always take the basic protocol. I now understand the terms; bio-terrain, inflammation, cellular level, properly nourished body, immune system, microbiome of the gut and healing.

I pray each one of you begins this journey of Refocusing, Restoring and Renewing your health and ultimately your Life. It is time for you to become a new creation in Christ.

Dear Mel,

Happy new year to you!!

I am down to 2 drops of the wps, and will shortly go down to zero drops soon. I have not had any symptoms of MD in a good while, by the grace of God.

I am happy to schedule a happy dance call in February or March if you think it will bring hope to the community. Or I can write a post...I am probably unknown to most of the folks in the current community--but I want them to know that the protocol works!!!

I feel like myself again...only better. I am working full-time and have gained back all the weight I lost...now trying to diet and lose a few pounds! The nightmare of MD has changed me for good...I KNOW without any doubt whatsoever that God hears our prayers. He certainly heard mine. If I had not found you, Mel, I would not be alive today. God led me to you and the website; God saved me...and maybe God's purpose was to test my faith, or to teach me faith. I am changed for the better--that is all that I know. I have been tremendously humbled and made stronger in my faith by everything I have endured.

My girls seem to have some issues with itchy scalps. Thank God MD has not descended upon them, but I have them on the supplements to combat any lingering Lyme symptoms. Thank God, my husband remains healthy, as do my 3 pets--2 dogs and a cat.

I have everything to be grateful for--my life, my health, my sanity, my family's well-being... everything...thanks to you, the protocol, the community who supported me when I most needed it, and to the blessed folks at Logos.

I think of you often...I have been getting colds regularly....so weird after so many years of not catching anything when I was sick with MD.

I never did get a high fever or have a major herx, or become violently ill...but slowly , steadily, I got better. Patience is everything in beating this disease, as you know, and trusting that the wps in indeed doing its work, even when it doesn't seem to be....

From the bottom of my heart, Mel....thank you.

I plan on contributing to the HCA foundation for as long as I live...but after Feb. or March, I end my subscription to the website.

Hello folks

I want to say "thank you" to Nancy and Linda for their posts here. By sharing your experiences about the value of developing a book to record important information, you are gifting folks with a valuable tool for them to consider. Mel has asked me to share my experience as well.

MY JOURNALS
During my journey to recovery, I placed a high value on keeping track of my discovery and other insights that I viewed as important. And so I began to write things down. By doing this, over time, I found a way to have on hand, an information source where I would record personal essential information for me to remember. I decided that I needed a record of my healing journey to revisit so I could stay on track.

Journaling then became my way of seeing and fulfilling the wisdom, knowledge, and science of how to heal. And I also found comfort and strength through writing things down. My journals/book, alongside my bible, became my best friends.

KEEPING IT SIMPLE

Your book is your personal guide to restoration. I believe Mel has given you a simple, yet valuable set of instructions on how to proceed. You will need an 8x11 three hole binder with dividers. Start your first page with Mel's web site address, phone number, coaching hours, and email.

Next, divide your binder into sections. Identify your own set of sections where you want to keep what you think is valuable to record. Let this be the foundation for how to organize your thoughts. I think it should include sections for each of the "sum of the parts" for starters. And maybe a section for the "guiding principles" where you can document your own discovery as your journey unfolds.

It might help you to include a section for the main manufacturers, where you can record the protocol contacts, dosing schedules and details of special offers etc. Maybe a conference call glossary to revisit past recordings of calls as well.

Lastly, I believe that a section where you can write about your own individual progress is important, so that you can track how far you have come in your healing journey. This will encourage and assure you that you are succeeding!

I hope this will help you to see that there is wisdom in journaling. It can become a wonderful tool to lead you into remission "sooner rather than later." And don't forget to make your bible your best friend. It is through prayer and relationship with God that we find deeper discernment about how to heal. Lean into him for wisdom too!

Nicaragua is a Country in Central America . It's the largest of the Central America Republics. Nicaragua has a unique history in that is was the only Country in Latin America to be colonized by both the Spanish and British. The Mammals of Nicaragua are Pumas , Jaguars , Ocelots , Margays , various Monkey's , Deer ,and Peccaries Birds range from Eagles , to Egrets to Macaws to Pelicans , reptiles include Crocodiles , Snakes, Turtles and Lizards .A variety of Toads , Frogs , Fish ,Mollusks, and insects are also found.
Agriculture , Forestry and Fishing engage as much as one third of the labor force and produce one fifth of the total national income. Major crops include Corn , Beans and Rice, Sorghum , Plantains and Cassava . Various Fruits and Vegetables are produced for local consumption.
Cattle are a significant source of Hides , Meat and dairy Products. Other Livestock include Goats, Hogs, Horses, and Sheep. It seems only yesterday that I got a call introducing me to Mel and the start of his online community. I'm glad I jumped at the chance to help and be part of the journey. We all know Mel by now, he can be a pain in the ass and is a stickler for detail. Though this is one of the key things that's made this community work. He has a huge heart and really just cares about helping people get better.

Further, I know he appreciates what I do behind the scenes to keep the technical side of the running. Further, he takes care of me and knows I get pulled in different directions taking care of kids and always asks how they are and how I am doing. In short, I'm glad to know him and glad that he trusts me to help on this most important resource.

Hi everybody,

Sharing makes a wonderful Community! It shows how much we love and care for each other! Just a kind word can make someone’s day.

On our Sunday calls really help us connect and have wonderful conversations, prayers and make friends with people from everywhere! We learn about the different cultures and how they differ from ours. So many can’t go to church and this helps us get through the week. No one needs to feel alone or that nobody cares or understands, we need each other, need to laugh, need to pray and share thoughts. It can really make a difference.

After a while some get tried of making a commitment but if it helps someone else, God wants us too.

Thank goodness he doesn’t get tried of us! Sometimes we can’t be on calls but we know in our hearts someone is thinking of us and praying for us! Amen

Hi everyone,

We all know how hard it is to get rid of the sore's we get from this disease.
I have had a sore on my nose that keeps appearing over and over again.
I use the hallelujah treatment, but it takes so long for it to go away, and It has
become a very deep scar. Just recently, it started up again and was covered
with the white Filament and bleeding.

I was using thehallelujah treatment and decided to addvitamin E over the sore
and Hallelujah!it cleared up faster than it has before.

So what I did was the hallelujah treatment : first the WPS, clean green,
silver but before I put the Stevia, I put vitamin E (bit the end of capsule)
then the stevia over it and it cleared up. I am hoping it works for the
borrelia bars, it seem to have soften them ! Hope this helps!

Dear Lily, Desiree, Jolanta, Diane & Joshua, Diana, & Neal ( and anyone else I may have missed),

I am so glad you are here. Some of you have been here for a little while and have already learned a lot! Reading will answer a lot of your questions. When I first came to the website, I read everyday until I had read nearly everything under each heading on the webpage site. Some I came back to later for more.

I learned a lot about help with symptoms from posts between members and in the search engine. You will learn a lot about diet that way too under Articles and Diet and the post Delicious Dining for Your Enjoyment. Keep some separate notebooks for the following: 1. conference calls, 2. diet and recipes, 3. prayer and devotionals, 4. information, medicines, and supplies. (phone #'s and emails for companies that sell our products) & help for symptoms. The reason being , is that if you put it all in one notebook, you will constantly be looking and looking for what you wrote down. I found it so much easier to organize and separate these. I like the 5inch by 7 inch or 5inch by 8 inch smaller spiral notebooks. This saves enormous time!! You will be filling them up and buying more, but it does slow down after a while.

I thought I would mention some of the food and meals I eat and are approved.

Meats - free range chicken, very lean pork, canadian bacon, turkey canadian bacon, ground lean turkey, free range beef-very lean, ground lean buffalo -delicious, Mel loves Kosher meats!! Lunch meats- that say no nitrates, no hormones, no anti-biotics, all natural. There are several brands in all big chain grocery stores. I like Hormel's All Natural Oven Cooked Turkey & Ham !4 oz. pkgs. Wild - Caught fish & shrimp

Vege's - cabbage, onions, bell peppers, garlic, celery, brussel sprouts, broccoli, califlower, califower rice, asparagus, mustard and turnip greens, okra, green beans, yellow squash, and zucchini squash, artichoke hearts, spinach, lettuce, kale, tomatoes in moderation. I buy all of these fresh or in frozen bags= nothing in them but the veges. No sauses, or extra ingredients in bags.

Other - Eggs, Eggs, & Eggs - you will eat a lot of eggs! Almond milk unsweetened, Vanilla almond milk unsweetened, and chocolate almond milk unsweetened. For a sweet treat a glass of vanilla or chocolate unsweetened almond milk with some stevia in it. ( occassionally) Olive oil and coconut oil only, Kerrygold Irish butter, Brand- Chosen Avacado Oil Mayo or make some homemade from articles and diet on the website. No regular condiments! Recipe for ketchup on website too!

Fruit- To start strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries - IN MODERATION
1/4 CUP A DAY!. I have mine with breakfast. I usually buy 2 kinds at a time. Later when Mel says its ok, you can add green apples - 2 TBS. cooked cinnamon apples.

I use lots of lettuce leaves for wraps! They are my tortillas and breads. Example: ground turkey with chili powder & cumin salt & pepper inside lettuce leaf with avacado and tomato on top. I have many different things to put in them! Lunch meat, chicken, almost anything. Salads with meat toppings! Oil and apple cider vinegar dressings. Approved mayo and lemon dressing.

Teas- Peppermint, Red Rooibus, Moringa, Green and there are others that are good, I buy all caffine free. Dandylion & coconut tea makes a wonderful substitute for coffee. add some flavored almond milk (vanilla or chocolate) and stevia and wow, it is good!

Drinks - Water, Teas, Lemon Cleanse or plain lemon drink, and Apple Cider Vinegar/ Cinnamon Drink ( with all these drinks, you have to experiment with the lemon juice or apple-cider vinegar to determine the strength you like mixed with water).

1. Lemon Cleanse - lemon juice, water, cayenne pepper ( stevia if you like, I do! )
This drink helps with the crawlies, they don't like it !!!
2. Lemon, water, stevia
3. Apple Cider Vinegar, water, cinnamon, turmeric & stevia
I love these on ice or freeze it to a slush. Mix or stir before drinking each time. All of these drinks are good for you!!

Snacks - fresh ground almond butter or in a jar. Nuts!!! Pecans, walnuts, almonds and my favorite pumpkin seeds without shells - the crawlies hate them!!

There are many other things you can add to this as time goes buy and other recipes on the website. But, this should give you a good start !!

You will bake, broil, steam and pan fry or cook most of these, plus microwave some of the vegetables etc....

NEXT - Some of your weapons for fighting this disease:

1. Protocol - Get on this right away!! This will heal your immune system. Talk to Mel.

2. Kleen Green - you can put this everywhere on your body but not in your eyes , nose, or face. It is ok in the hair. Kleen Green is your friend and kills the pathegens!

3. Sovereign Silver - You can put this on your face, neck, in your eyes, nose, ears, and sores and rashes. Mostly anywhere and you can take it orally. 1 tsp. under the tongue for a min. then swallow morning and night. There is a sovereign silver gel that is great for the sores and rashes and break-out bumps etc... However don't put the gel in your eyes, or mouth ( not orally ).

4. WPS - this is something you won't use orally until Mel tells you the right time to start it. He will instruct you on WPS. However, you can begin using it in the laundry and for me it was wonderful. After several washings, there are no pathogens in my clothes, Still using it over a year later!

5 . Stevia - can work on break-outs, rashes and sores. Mix with a little water. The Pyure brand is a good brand and Sweet Drops. Pure Organic Leaf Extract Stevia
I buy the packages, some prefer the liquid.

6. Sulfer Soap - You will bathe and shampoo with it. A miracle for sure!! I also use Tea Tree & Mint shampoo ( Walmart )


These 6 above are GOLD!!!! Your friends and you need them to manage this disease!!
5 & 6 I added because I have had great success with them!

The diet calls for organic veges and special meats and things that are expensive, you may not be able to afford all organic and special meats in the beginning but you will pick and choose and eventually work it out so your getting the best quality without the junk they add to foods and on foods ex. pesticides, hormones, dyes, and preservatives, etc...

I hope this helps all of you newbies, I floundered at first, Be patient with yourself! This is a lot of info. when you first find the website. It does take time to get it all organized and going smoothly. But, You can do it!! Take one day at a time, one hour at a time! You won't believe where you will be in 6 months or a year!!! Matcha is a full leaf green tea powder that is rich in catechins and other antioxidants and it does have strong anti-inflammatory properties. It is fine to take as long as you don't add sugar to it. Green tea is actually delicious by itself once you get accustomed to its flavor. Use stevia if you must use a sweetener.

Hey Folks

For years there has been an ongoing debate about whether eggs are healthy or not. So, since our discussion on Saturdays call included how eggs provide lactoferrin, (a nutritive component that helps reverse iron disruption in the blood with Morgellons), I thought a post with more on eggs might serve you well. I recently came across this.

Eggs are widely used as a symbol of fertility, new life, and unlimited potential in some cultures. But while they may make eggs-cellent decorations or literary allusions. (lol)

First, a little background: In the 1970s, there was a focus on reducing dietary cholesterol. Eggs were initially considered an unfavorable food because of their high concentration of cholesterol. I’d love to share a wonderful shake I often have for lunch with some hemp seeds!!

1 Avocado, Medium to Large Chopped
2 Handfuls of Fresh Baby Spinach
2 Scoops of Renaissance Whey
3 Tbs Hemp Seeds
1 C. Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Reg or Vanilla
Add Stevia Drops (to your liking)

Other options to add:
1 Tbs Chia Seeds
1 Tbs Powered Cacao

Mix it up in your NutriBullet and it’s ready! If you’d like it to be thinner add a little more coconut milk, if you prefer it a bit thicker, then add more hemp seeds or one to two tablespoons of almond butter.

Also, if you decide to add chi seeds, it best to let it sit for 15 minutes before eating they can absorb the the milk. Very important and here’s why;

Soaking chia seeds releases additional “enzyme inhibitors” that nature has in place to protect the seed from sprouting prematurely. Sorry for slow response. Manuka honey comes from Australia. It is very expensive. I believe there are 5 levels of rating individual.jars on the label that rate it's antibiotic potential.

In the past, folks gave it high praise for helping heal lesions when put directly on them. No personal experience here. But I have cycled it internally when I could afford to. Sugar of course must be a consideration for those that are newly afflicted or really ravaged. But at some point it can be very effective when added to anti inflammatory teas like ginger.

During the nutrition call on Saturday, 9/23/23, there was discussion around Cassava flour. It's been brought to our attention that we must use caution if using Cassava, as it contains cyanide. Studies on the Pacific Islanders revealed that Cassava is a staple ingredient in their diet, but they support it with eating fermented foods, as fermented foods degrade the negative impact of the cyanide. I also did a little research and it appears that the impact can be great if Cassava flour is not properly prepared and eaten raw. You must soak the cassava and thoroughly cook it to reduce the cyanide down to compounds that are not harmful.

With the extra work around using Cassava flour, it may be in our best interest to stick to other flour alternatives, such as Almond flour and Coconut flour.

Hello my friend. So good to see you back in our midst. Let me see if I can help with your question.

1) My experience tells me that skin issues are a detox reaction. So I believe you must first and foremost see symptoms as healing. And remember that your skin is actually the largest organ system in the body and will act to rid cellular waste and infection through purging. This happens because bowell and bladder are overwhelmed and not able to eliminate all unwanted waste. Secondary bacterial imbalance in the microbiota (skin flora) of the skin will fuel your symptoms too.

2) If you are dairy intolerant, skin issues may result as an auto immune response.

3) Sounds like your air purifier has a hepa filter to self engage. So it appears to be medical grade, which is really necessary. But mold spores will trip it into high, so you should self test. Try Home Depot or Lowes for kits to self test mold. I found them useful to register for mold.

Matcha is a full leaf green tea powder that is rich in catechins and other antioxidants and it does have strong anti-inflammatory properties. It is fine to take as long as you don't add sugar to it. Green tea is actually delicious by itself once you get accustomed to its flavor. Use stevia if you must use a sweetener.
