I have been using the kleen green on problem areas since I started on the protocol, but I had never used it before as Peter suggested spraying my socks. I think this really helps the Kleen green stay in place longer on the toenail. I have now started spraying my feet, then my socks near my toes with Kleen Green.
Thank you so much Peter for this tip. And Thanks Jen for sharing it and your tips for what you do. Emuaid also helps, it is a homeopathic cream medicine, but it is so expensive. I will keep doing the kleen green sock routine and give an update eventually.
