Congratulations on your husbands big win and congratulations on being well enough to even consider going!!
I too took my first trip after 4 1/2 months on the protocol, to Disney World of all places and I survived, thrived and then dealt with some set backs that I felt were worth the experience!!
One year later, I am actually getting ready to take my second trip, I leave On 11/24 and return 12/2, this time San Diego with family and only 2 days in Disneyland. I am looking VERY forward to it and am definitely less anxious learning what I did the first time around!!
I share all of this so people reading "truly" see we do get our lives back... there are definitely modifications to the life we once knew but most modifications actually make our new life, in Christ, better than ever before!!!
I will get your number from Mel and try to call you in the next couple of days!! It may be brief as I am battling a serious cold/flu and resting as much as possible!!!!
