HI Everyone,

On Sunday, April 26 during fellowship time I said I would provide some tools a person could use to reduce anxiety.
Below is HeadSpace. I have used it numerous times and find it truly helpful. On their regular website (also available in the app store) one can use ten free sessions. They are only 10 minutes each. As a follower of Christ I used to be a bit uneasy about using meditation, but I believe Headspace is perfectly fine to use. Also the site from BBC below is IMHO quite practical.
