1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/2 cup xylitol
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
Amount desired unsweetened shredded coconut
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Spoon into paper cases in a bun tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350.
Topped with baked Granny Smith apple slices with cinnamon
