Thanks for such a concise list - I am beginning research on this as I have illnesses related to high acidic conditions in my stomach/GI tract, including Barrett's and precancerous cellular changes. The meds they give me are all anti acid, so why not try an anti-acid diet first????
So, it makes sense to me to try and balance this out with alkaline based.
