P.S.

You don't have to give up chocolate, you just have to eat a different kind of chocolate. Some people eat Lilly's chocolate , it's sweetened with stevia. I was eating this before but wasn't sure about all the ingredients being protocol friendly so I just switched to making my own.

It's pretty simple, you just mix a half cup of cocoa powder, a half cup of melted coconut oil, and stevia until it tastes good. The amount of stevia you are going to use will vary a lot based on brand. I would start off with about a 1/4 cup, taste it, then work up in 1/4 increments if you need to. Be careful a lot of stevia brands are actually blended with sugar. Stevia blended with xylitol I think is okay. You can also use a teaspoon of vanilla extract, but I would microwave it first to try to evaporate most of the alcohol.

After you mix the coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, and stevia, just place it in a bowl in your fridge and it should solidify pretty quickly. Has to be kept in the fridge because the coconut oil will make it melt if you don't.

You can still enjoy food, just food that's actually good for your body now. Linn's lemon cookies took me a couple times to get it right, but once I did I pretty much temporarily forgot the word morgellon while I was eating them. Made me feel "normal" again. I think it says to use xylitol or liquid stevia in the recipe but I actually use powdered stevia. I think it comes out best when you mix the coconut oil in with the stevia first. I haven't added lemons into my diet so I make it without the lemon and I get sugar cookies.

Go into the forum and look for the post new recipes 2016... You will find a lot of good recipes and the cooking will get your mind off the stress.
