8/29/2016 8:40:08 AM | Welcome Ms V to this "club" of mighty companions on the journey to Mount Wellness! You are so fortunate to have discovered this MD early. I started the protocol just after over a year after having contracted it, (now on week 5)and can speak to you about all the help this protocol, website, forum and fellow travelers have and continue to give me. NO FEAR! As both Mel and Peter advise, this can only make it more difficult to heal as the body's response to fear (worry, anxiety etc.) will produce hormones, chemicals that interfere with healing. Never forget to laugh is great medicine.(BE HAPPY DON'T WORRY) Quickly this what has helped me right from the beginning. Get MMS and Kleen Green asap and prepare the body sprays. Morning MMS spray, 10-12 activated drops in 8 oz warm water and spray entire body down head to feet in tub/shower then air dry.Evening Kleen Green spray, 1 oz in 7 oz of warm water and spray entire body head to feet, air dry. Cold water head treatment (I use ice water since my tape water is not cold) Important: do this first thing in am before MMS spray down. I also did it pm for 3 days and after that I only needed am to control movement symptoms in scalp. It also helped my feelings of movement on my face and ears as I also made sure the ice water reached those areas. Procedure: run as cold as you can stand water over head and face for a minute or so. I towel dry hair and then soak or spray with 91% alcohol, careful of eyes and inhaling, then while wet comb through and let dry. Mel and Peter have good info on this procedure on the conference calls. These procedures healed over my lesions in the first week. At Peter's suggestion I also spray my bed with Kleen Green (1/7) before getting in. I was also sleeping better within the first week of applying these procedures. After reading the following advice on this website, I initiated a "radical" diet that excluded all dairy, all sugars, just about all carbs. I firmly believe that this helped me to further and speed up my detox by giving the body a break from difficult digestion issues. Lots of info on the site on diet, but I have found keeping it simple works best for me. You can visit my posts for what I am currently eating. The results from these steps learned from Mel, Peter and others on this site helped me see that I could trust the guidance being offered. It is very important to stay focused and vigilant and not waiver from the protocols. After awhile a routine will get established that will bring order to the entire process and make it more manageable. You are fortunate to have someone on your side that understands and wants you to get over this. Wishing you all the best on the climb to recovery! Craig |
