Sounds like you're doing real good Tia. Keep it up!
Peter, I was wondering about this Oil of Oregano under the tongue. I have some of this oil and it's really strong and burns. Please say more about what kind of Oil of Oregano, how much to use, and if mixing with something-the ratio.
