Mel taught me to find the answers by reading here, because he knew that I would learn things I didn't expect. And that would change everything for me. He understood that "we need the experiences of those before us," to succeed. Look to past posts is his mantra.
I want to thank you for showing others how to "cover all their bases," by continuing to post. You are demonstrating that life is a "participation," not a "spectator" sport. Posting, and sharing a sense of community, is a big part of getting well. People miss that. You have not.
Mel and John B. designed this forum with the goal to empower people with the truth. It's value and true usefulness is in that it teaches us to develop a principled, purposeful commitment to take our health back. People miss that. You have not.
Questions are so important. But sharing your journey for those behind you is the real goal. Why? Because as you get well, and post about it, that is what those behind you will read! Then, you have created a ministry.
