Hi Tia,

Great to hear from you and see your name on the forum! I too have not had any vomiting effects. I am at 20 drops of MMS and about 7.5 months on protocol...

Wow, no more specks, no fibers, yay! You are doing so many things right! Good job! I know the diet part is extremely hard, but just keep at it! Fried chicken is bad because of the oil its cooked in and it is breaded. We cannot have ANYTHING with breading, esp from the outside.

Remember SLOW AND STEADY and SUM OF THE PARTS. ALL of them you are already doing. In my opinion, you shouldn't ever sit back and relax on the illness, in diet, cleaning or protocol but you should def find every opportunity to mentally relax! If your body says I need to sit / lay down..listen to it. That's one way that it heals.

As Mary said Calm. Blue. Ocean all the way to your healing. Think happy thoughts Tia cuz you are doing well.

The crawlies will present themselves from time to time, esp this week around full moon cycle, but it will lessen (I wish I could say this as the case for myself) for you. It could be the chicken as well as the cycle. Don't do anything to increase your symptoms so far as what we have actual control over which IS diet.

Expelling mucus etc I think could be a sign your body is getting rid of bad things, so let it! Better out than in as they say here... I think Peter can pontificate more on this point.

Here's a "New" Fried Chicken Recipe:
Almond & Coconut Crusted Fried Chicken

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 egg
1/4 cup dijon mustard (you can use our protocol homemade mustard linked under "recipes")

2 Tbs coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Wash and pat dry chicken. Beat eggs with salt and dijon in a shallow bowl and add chicken, coating well. Mix almond flour, shredded coconut salt, garlic and cayenne together in a bowl. Remove chicken from egg mixture and roll in dry mixture. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add fat when hot. Pan fry chicken until fully cooked. If the crust starts to brown and your chicken isn’t fully cooked yet (this will depend on the size of the chicken breast), take it out of the pan and place it in the oven on a baking sheet at 350F for 5-10 minutes covered with foil.

I say let go of mom getting treated for now, she has to want that for herself. Take care of yourself Tia and focus on your healing and everything else will fall into place. Maybe you become symptom free will inspire Mom in the end?! Let go and Let God.

You are in my prayers lovely,
Shari
