Hi Amber,

I read your story on the Children and Morgellons thread and have been wanting to welcome you to the community. Your post gives me the perfect opportunity. . . so, well. . . welcome! :-)

So very glad to hear that you and your son are already feeling better. You hit the mark when you said that the Lord heals and restores. He does and He will bring light out of this darkness we call Morgellons.

I, like you, are a mom and I am dealing with Morgellons in myself and my eight year old daughter. We've been on the protocol for a little over a year, and while not 100% there yet, we are feeling really good and looking forward to complete health in the next year. We function like 'normal' people now, even with the few remaining symptoms we sometimes exhibit. A year and six weeks ago I was in shock and reeling with the realization of what we were facing, and begging God for a miracle. We are in the process of receiving our miracle in the shape of restored health, growing strength, motivation to never return to unhealthy living, and a renewed hope for a future that gives God the glory.

I know this kind of 'miracle' is possible for everyone who stumbles on the website desperate for help. The answers are here as you've discovered.

Thank you for posting about your rapid results. It will encourage others just arriving. . . I am sure of it. I remember reading the stories of folks just weeks to a few months ahead of me in the protocol and taking heart when things seemed daunting. Those posts and stories make such a difference. I hope that others who may be improving but shy about posting will break through their fears and cautions to share their stories.

Thanks for sharing your journey so far . . I am sure this is only the beginning of great progress reports from you!

Blessings,

Deborah B.
