3:45:18 PM | Hello my friends, we are 5 months in now on protocol. Wow! I can't believe how fast that went. Things are really starting to fall into place now. We have a rhythm going with diet, supplements and cleaning, and that is helping tremendously. We keep making huge strides following every full moon. It seems like the full moon comes and revs up symptoms and then about a week later we come to a higher level of healing. December was a really tough month for us, but we are doing so well now. My 2 older kids are about 90% symptom free now, in fact my Daughter hasn't had any significant symptoms for a couple weeks now, praise God! Mom and husband are doing good as well. My little guy and are are really coming along now too :) In the beginning of this I could not imagine being at this point, I'm able to smile and laugh again. I'm sleeping sound and eating well, I feel like I can be around people again and enjoy myself, that's HUGE! What's better is, my kids being able to do these things again! We have a long way to go still but we will get there. I thank God for the help of the foundation, Mel, and my friends here. God is soo good!! I sincerely hope this encourages someone...it doesn't happen over night, but it does get better. Im going to start posting some things that I feel have helped us, small posts, as to not overwhelm. I know how hard it is to retain information when your brain is foggy.
