You have to start researching now there are a millions of ways to relieve the symptoms but each and everry one of us is a different recipe. Me Mel's Protocol works but I do add olive leaf and grapefuit,msm,vitc,coQ,into regimen,my baths consist of borax,epsom salt and h202 works beautifully skin clears up. I just sprayed all my drawers with eucaluptus oil straight and my car nothing else worked they hate it I even sprayed it in the dryer lint tray tea tree oil on my body. Went to vegas with my girlfriends and they gave me a hard time about the strong aromas but oh well it is about survival if they are true friends they will stick around.
