Hi Sam,

I've been on the MMS since last mid-October. As to the amount of stuff coming out, it fluctuates. It seemed to be less today. But, I did have a setback recently and I pushed myself too much this last week and I had heavy purging - almost the most I've ever had just in the last few days. It also depends on where I've been and the environment. Look for the topic about Toxic Mold Will Kill - that's part of my story - living in a moldy apartment. I have left it, but was exposed to a lot of toxins and allergens at a recent job. I relapsed and the purging came back in force for the last 3 weeks.

Also, the purging will pick up as you are getting rid of deep pockets of biofilm that have been burrowed in your tissues maybe for years. This is a very long process. Some days I'm in tears over it, but tomorrow always bring something new. I'm glad I can help share my experiences with others and they will help. And like Mel says, "Better out than in!"

Oh, you can also spray colloidal silver or MMS on your skin and it will help with the redness and keep infections down.

Take good care,
Margo

Thanks Margo,

I'll try that. How long have you been taking MMS? Have you noticed a difference yet with the amount of grit getting less?

Thanks,

Sam

Hi Sam,

I have that as well. I use castor oil on my face and eyes. Make sure it is hexane free. Read my "Gritty Eyes" thread where I talk about all the stuff coming out of my eyes and face. It sounds like some of the same stuff you are experiencing.

Keep the faith,
Margo
