I know Medan :-)

My wife has relatives there,

I will write a reply.. and have her put the bahasa translation underneath,

My health (and my 7 year old son).. both are doing better,,

good days and bad days.. it takes time--

3 steps ahead/1 step back

it takes time... but it does get better..
