Hello Mulya

I am so glad you are reaching out for answers to your questions. As you can see, others will reach back. It is so important with our disease to know you have others that care about helping you.

Mark seems to be a person who could provide you direct support as you move forward with treatment. What a blessing this is and I would urge you to speak with him. Ask him if he can help you find a doctor to see.

As for your symptoms, I can only tell you that you seem to be experiencing many of the same symptoms that myself and others have during the early onset of this disease. However, it is different for everybody. Stinging and biting sensations together with feeling movement under the skin are common symptoms. Pimpling or red bumps on the skin that come and go are also common. Some also experince mouth and gum discomfort. Being very tired and having joint and muscle pain are also common.

Here are a couple things that are important for you to know about your diet for right now. NO SUGAR from now on.!!! The only fruits you should eat for now are Lemons and Limes. Also, WHITE RICE and POTATOES are not good!! You must switch to BROWN RICE only.

Avoid dairy products except for eggs. No wheat or white bread. You should switch to QUINOA or BUCKWHEAT.

Drink lots of distilled or purified water daily. Vitaman C is good! And GET LOTS OF REST whenever you feel tired. But exercise like walking is also good when you feel strong enough.

Finally, lots of fresh vegetables, organic when possible. You can use the search engine on this site to search Diet and read about how to eat to make your body Alkalyne and not Acid PH. Diet is also critical to your getting well!!!

Hope this helps with some of your questions. Get on the protocol AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and keep reaching out when you need to and keep hope that you can and will get well!!

God Bless You
STRENGTH and LOVE
Peter
