Hi Mel, Peter

I'm new.

I have listened to all of the archived Conference calls and drank in every little nugget of information that I heard. I fully intend to say hi at the next coffee with Mel or conference call.
I don't think I will be coming with many questions because
I've been fervently reading here for some time.

I just keep forgetting to set my alarm to tune in live.

Hello Everyone and Welcome,

As we commemorate today the independence of this great nation, I am painfully aware that many of you may not feel like celebrating. Preparing spare ribs in the oven for the first time in many years, I can remember such a time only ten years ago.

Much to my joy, I have been blessed with health restoration, and so can you! If you found this web site you have that same opportunity to restore your health. It's entirely up to you.

First and foremost, one must be willing to take responsibility for their own recovery and be honest with oneself.

Along with my well wishes, I leave you today with the truth that since we alone are made in the image of God and are therefore co-creators, we are all the end result of our thoughts, and we are always becoming. You must be willing to make changes in the way you think about DIET, SLEEP, and COMMITMENT to a LIFESTYLE REGIMEN THAT PROMOTES HEALTH.

For those of you who are new, I would like to remind you to listen to the Coffee Tea With Me Conference Calls which can be found in the Forum thread More Communication is Better to gather the latest information and to realize that you are not alone.
