Thank you for asking about the Dermol 500 soap. I've not come across it and maybe others that have experience of it will know more.
From what I've readjust now about the soap it is quite moisturising as well as antimicrobial and it sounds good if its helping to lessen the itching for you. As you know I used some crazy stuff to begin with! This sounds much more in keeping with Do No Harm! But there are other natural soaps you could try: peppermint, sulphur, theraneem.
I think the main thing is thinking of the disease as needing to be dealt with from the inside out, so starting with the diet as you are tackling now and then with the Logos supplements and silver and MMS. And while we're waiting for that to progess, managing the skin symptoms.
As we get better from the inside the skin symptoms will subside.
