Mel considers 18 months as the proper baseline one should project for remission. However, as Tia rightly tells you, there simply is no definitive answer. The real answer is that many considerations affect recovery time.
Genetics, gender, age, and things like smoking will affect recovery time. So will levels of exposure to environmental toxins, modified foods, and stress. Secondary parasites like rotifers and springtails can play a role. Differing co-infections and dedication to working the protocol are factors too. All that we know for certain is that Mel's protocol does, with time, heal and restore.
As for the supplements causing liver damage, I would tell you that I have hep C and the Liver CS has actually improved my liver function.
Hope this helps. You are in my prayers.
Strength and Love, Peter
