This protocol and this community are TRULY AMAZING, I can't imagine where I would be without the SUM of the parts!!!!
I would definitely love to see a herbs and spices thread started as I am trying to learn more about them and I am sure that I am not alone!!!!
I also look VERY forward to your post on essential oils as this too is something that I am new to but am quickly falling in love with them and again am excited to learn more!!!!
