Craig said it best, but I too want to thank you for everything you shared in your most recent post. There is great joy in intimate sharing and your message will surely serve to compel others. Through writing it, you unleashed healing. Believe that.
FYI...nothing weird about the scratch marks. They are the result of very small spores lining up just beneath the skin, that have erupted up and out before they could elongate and weave together into a filament strand (or fiber,) and start growing and moving deeper under the skin. That is why they heal so quickly. The fact that they are happening is a very good sign. It tells me you are way out in front and that you are mounting a solid immune response.
Now, if you stay the course, and give your immune system time, it will actually evolve and adapt to recognize and respond to the co infections on its own.
