Thank you Kim for your response! I try to stay positive everyday but having this really scares me. I think what scares me the most is the crawling, itching, stinging and biting. It's a constant reminder that there's a parasite inside of me. But if I don't feel anything or if it goes away quickly then my day usually goes a lot smoother. Lately, though, I haven't felt too bad. I switched to a 100% vegetarian diet a few weeks ago and it's hard (there are days when I simply drink purified water, lemon water & tea all day or for most of the day because I get tired of eating the same thing everyday or because I ran out of most of my veggies) but I know it's worth it (and I'm actually doing really good with temptation. I work at a snack food chain so I'm constantly surrounded by sugar & processed food. Not to mention the entire block has stores like Subways & Dunkin Donuts. But not eating any of it doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would). Most of my symptoms have lessened since I made the switch but I really can't wait to start the protocol because I know it'll make the biggest difference for me (I know we're supposed to take the sovereign silver along with the protocol for the first month but if I can't afford both, should I just start the protocol anyway?).

I have a few other questions too if someone would like to answer :)

1. When this first started back in May (or rather when I first noticed it since I have no idea how long I've had it...I could've had it since April when I experienced a really bad charlie horse as well as arm numbness/tingling, slight chest pain & slight chest palpatations which I chalked up to cardiac arrest but heart health is just fine accroding to the ER), besides the usual white/black specs & fibers, I also had red spores, white powder and blue salt like things coming out of my skin. The red spores lasted for a few days and the white powder & blue salt like things lasted for maybe 24 hours. I also had fruit flies constantly flying around my head for a few days (now, I mainly see them around fruit and veggies in my house...guess that's normal right) and I experienced blurry vision and bouts of fatigue for 24 hours. Since then I haven't experienced any of those symptoms (every now and then, however, I could swear I still see a couple red spores, more so on my clothes than my skin). I wanted to know, is it common or unusual to have those symptoms? What should I do if they come back & should I worry about the long term effects of Morgellons?

2. I wanted to know how big the black specs are supposed to be. Last night, I didn't actually see a big black spec come out of me but one moment my hand was clean and the next moment I saw a big black spec in between my fingers. To be fair, my soap has black specs in it (that's just how it's made). And I was also wearing vinyl gloves (I could swear my hands were clean before I put them on). Normally, the black specs that come out of me are tiny (just like the white specs).

3. How do I check to see if my cat has Morgellons? He scratches sometimes but I don't see anything coming off of him. And everytime I go to check him all I see is loose cat hair (how do I know if there's fibers in the mix? I can't tell). Also, I read in another thread that someone put their pet on MMS to get rid of his/her Morgellons. Is that safe?

4. I also read that people use MMS on their clothes and in their laundry. Does this really work? And are the parasites really attracted to just cotton? If I swap cotton clothes for maybe polyester will that make a difference?

5. Are they really on every surface? I don't have infrared technology so I don't know. They seem to be only on my clothes and any other kind of fabric like beds & bed sheets. I could swear I see stuff on the floor sometimes which I chalk up to Morgellons but maybe that's just me being paranoid. Even so, I never walk around barefoot anymore (I also tend to layer my clothes in the hopes that if I wear something infected it won't necessarily get on me). It makes me feel safer even if it doesn't make a difference.

Sorry for the overload of questions but I could really use some help over here. Thanx :)
