Hi Nan,
Thank you for your kind words.
I believe strongly that this journey has changed me forever. I'm no longer who I used to be and I would not want to go back to that sick, Un-enlightened person. I'm not yet where I want to be, physically, emotionally, spiritually, but I am closer to that state.
How could M take me to a higher place you say? Well with the chronic conditions I suffered for years, if I had continued to power through them every day, they would have surely killed me.
I am a polio survivor since the age of 8 months old.
I'm 55 now, and I'm used to just ignoring my own pain and physical challenges. I'm used to presenting a happy face to the world, even when perhaps that is not what is going on inside of me. But M, once it becomes acute, does not allow one to hide behind a smile during our extreme suffering.
It forced me to get up and change everything and I'm so much better off for that. My complete healing from M is on the way,
I know it.
One day I'll tell you the story about one of my freak outs so you can see just how far I've come (mentally that is)
