When I first began I started the protocol then cut my drops to 8 drops twice a day but was taking it once in morning once at night and bathing in it twice a day, once morning and night. After 3 months, I cut back to once a day for drinking and bathing after noticed things coming out of my skin were slowing down and getting smaller. I finally got rid of my lice because I was also soaking my head during the bath. ld
