I'm so glad to see that you are getting better. Congratulations to you! This is wonderful news.

I am on year 2 of the protocol and continuing on my long journey. Some days are easier than others as I'm sure you know. :)

Sugar cravings, moving across the country twice and Lyme co-infection have made my journey longer than most.
