Thank you all for your love and support. I appreciate everyone's comments and am happy to have you all!

I do have a question, I'm wondering if others can shed some light on. How do we know if we are having a herx, or if we have just caught a virus going around?

And I know a herx is a "good" thing, sign we are getting better - is a virus? I am soooo hoping the answer is yes, because I have had been one sick girl the last week.
