2:09:12 PM | maybe we are all different but once I soaked the clothes that I wore when I first discovered that I had M and did it till I no longer saw the black stuff in the washing machine I do not have to do it anymore. (we were advised to just keep the clothes down to one or two laundry baskets and use the same clothes over and over and not contaminate any new one. I hung my clothes outside to dry and did not use a dryer. I still do not use a dryer and feel they do not attach to my clothes any more. It just lives within.
I still believe it has to do with the ph of one's body. My problem is that I have 3 books on ph and acid/akaline and they contradict one another in some areas so I don't know what to believe on some foods. |
