I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF.I AM THREE DAYS COMPLETELY SUGAR FREE AND 1 DAY SMOKE FREE.THIS IS HUGE FOR ME.
My MMS arrived. I am on 8 drops at night after supplements.I had used MMS prior for some time before finding Mel,but my questioning it's safety made me stop.There is no questioning now.I will follow the protocol and I will take it every night.Each week I plan to increase by one drop.
I do see some improvement in my skin,minor crawlies.I am approaching one month, on January 4th.
I've learned how to negate fear.I simply tell myself,if I am worrying or scared crapless,that there is NO EVIDENCE AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT THE FEAR.This illness is EVERYTHING GOD IS NOT.Often God brings us to a point,where there is no other way.HE is knocking so loud and we MUST answer. HE IS THE ULTIMATE PHYSICIAN IN THIS PROTOCOL!!!HEAR ME OUT BROTHERS AND SISTER!
I'm learning how to think therapeutically.The damage I've learned that this does to all body systems,endocrine,cardiovascular, and how it alters brain functionality, encourages me to practice a sound mind and heart.If I don't then these body systems are at risk.Instead of referring to experiences I have had with M,and reliving the torture and trauma,I express it differently now.In a more soft way,a more sound and direct way, where I don't need to keep the trauma at the forefront anymore.
I've learned that this protocol just doesn't support health from M,but that it COMPLETELY RESTORES ALL SYSTEMS IN THE BODY.HOW ENCOURAGING!!!!

I hope everyone is FIGHTING the fight,and finding solice in the fact that patience,determination, and commitment to the protocol and God,will bring you back!I AM DEFINATELT SURE OF THAT NOW AND I WANT YOU TO BE TOO.
