And MONICA...you have written a response that SAYS IT ALL!! I APPLAUD YOU FOR YOUR NO NONSENSE RESPONSE!
I will try to build on Monica's message.
My response to the HONEST and SIMPLE message in Mel's words. PAY IT FORWARD!!
DON'T EVER FORGET how LOST and HOPELESS you felt when you realized that your body and your life as you knew it was HIJACKED in a moment by accepting you had this insidious disease! DON'T forget that others every day are now FEELING THAT SAME THING, and NEED every one of us to BE TOGETHER FOR THEM and EACH OTHER IN THAT FIGHT!!
There is no time or point to wasting strength or energy on ANYTHING outside of a FIRM committment to a FIGHT to get well!!
THIS PROTOCAL WORKS!! Mel knows that. Monica and Theresa know that. AND I KNOW THAT...TO a CERTAINTY!
So stay involved. Read the forum daily. CONTRIBUTE what you can, and as our Captain constantly reminds us...NEVER GIVE UP, and PAY IT FORWARD!!!!!
