5/26/2011 5:06:19 PM | Hello Everyone, Welcome back for part two - EXACTLY HOW DID MEL USE MMS? Before I share my answer, let me just say that I only know the way it worked for me. As some of you may know, I have had disagreements with the manufacturers of the product, but they have never had Morgellons and used it for that reason. I also know that many of you fear this product, but as I said in the Forum Welcome Letter, "MY PEOPLE SUFFER FROM LACK OF KNOWLEDGE". If you really want to get better, in my humble opinion you must read all you can about MMS, and you must seek out and find the many independent videos out there that validate its effectiveness. What you will find it that MMS IS NO MORE DANGEROUS THAN A PRESCRIPTION DRUG WHEN USED CAREFULLY AND APPROPRIATELY. With all that being said, here is how I used MMS: Week One - 1 drop MMS, 1 drop 50% citric acid; let it mix (activate) three to four minutes. It usually turns brown, then add 4 to 6 ounces of water. Then drink it. I didn't stare at it, I didn't smell it, I just drank it! ONE FULL WEEK AT 1 to 1 Week Two - 2 drops MMS, two drops of 50% citric acid. I continued to add one drop of each every week until I had reached 16 drops. That took almost four months. In my third day of my 16th week I got uncontrollable diarrhea. I knew that I had reached my personal "maximum dose". I stopped for three days to let my detox systems catch up and then cut back to 12 drops, which I thereafter referred to as my "maintenance dose". I ALWAYS TOOK MMS BEFORE BEDTIME. I stayed with the MMS as well as the entire protocol for 15 more months. To this day I remain on the Burgstiner Wellness Protocol to maintain my overall well being and assure myself of not ever getting Morgellons again. The way I took MMS has worked for me and for others as evident in our Testimonials section. I SURE HOPE THIS WILL BRING SOME CLARITY TO A SUBJECT THAT REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.
