kevin 8/5/2012 4:46:33 PM MST | Hello, Let me start by saying I am the Attorney who assisted Mel in the formation of the 501c Not for profit Corporation (He Cures All Foundation), in the hope it would stimulate donations to ease the burden Mel carried for almost three years by trying to pay for medications out of his own pocket for those who could not afford them. I am sure that many of you remember getting at least that first round of medicines free, if not longer! I have observed Mel since 1999, when he first came here to Reno and built a large business in three short years. I watched as he became ill. I observed the struggles he endured for almost three years while battling and overcoming Morgellons. I watched with growing curiosity as he created this web site and devoted his life to helping others through the same struggles he had endured. Then I watched in amazement as he was delivered from constant pain and suffering from a FUSED HIP. He went from being bent over like Yoda to not even a limp! I almost forgot Mel was 6'1'. Before his illness, Mel was a very successful businessman and well known around town. He has a passion for life that makes him appear much younger than he is. I know these things, as I have known Mel for over ten years. My whole family knows Mel, and my wife and Mel have been friends as long as Mel and I. My two children think he's their uncle! I am also a Board of Directors member and as such have access to all the records. From the beginning, his only interest was and always will be trying to help others restore their health. I have read every page on the forum (18), so I know how many people have been helped and had their health restored. Mel has asked me to assist you (as a group) in locating a lawyer for those who wish to try and get Social Security benefits. I am endeavoring to do so and will keep you all posted. Mel bugs me every month about this! The foundation is about to endeavor to assist others on an even greater level. I know Mel does not talk about these things much, but again as counsel to the corporation, I know these things and with that in mind on behalf of my family and our law firm, we are going to match Rick's generous donation!
