Hi Tracy and Tea,
I've let too many days go by without welcoming you both! It's always nice to see more people post on this forum...please continue to do so and then maybe consider getting involved with the community through participating on the conference calls as well.
You will find so much support and information here and we'll all benefit from you sharing your experiences too.
Tracy, you're just starting the journey...but the good news is you've found the path! There are lessons to be learned in how to manage the ups and downs, but the path definitely will lead you to a MUCH better place...it sure has for me and for so many others...and for MANY who have gotten completely well too!
Tea...it's so good to see your post...I haven't seen anything from you before, so you must have been doing this all by yourself all along...or I've just missed any previous posts of yours somehow. Doing it all alone is the hard way! Think about joining our community..there are so many lovely people here who will offer you support as you go along your path to wellness.
