The verses you posted on 9/4, Isaiah 61:1-3, certainly are encouraging. Beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning. Those are such beautiful and encouraging words.
I hope you are feeling better. As Deanna posted, it is a healing journey with peaks and valleys. I believe the peaks will get higher and higher as you go along, so don't be discouraged by those valleys.
As Chrissie always tells me, be gentle on yourself. Isn't that a lovely phrase and important to remember when you are not feeling well?
