I am rejoicing and celebrating your newfound reprieve from the two months of endless fatigue! You are almost there, sister!! Talking to you, and reading your story have given me so much hope and encouragement. I, too, have been going through some of the dark valleys lately...lots of severe fatigue, nausea, dizziness and headaches.
It is so true that we feel a lot worse before we get better. It's confusing because initially, when we first start the protocol, many of us feel so utterly fantastic, that we don't see the need for the wps!
Yes, you are right..it can make us nauseous, especially at night. But it is doing its work, slowly, slowly...
I am so very happy for you! I can't wait to watch you soar all the way to 100%!
