You have been so instrumental to my healing...and I am so grateful that God has healed you! You have so much to look forward to as you continue through your life’s journey! I am so utterly blessed with your friendship! I certainly hope, now that Mel FINALLY recognizes my area code during conference calls (Mel will appreciate that playful dig from me...after all, he always calls it like it is! LOL), that he will also give me a nickname of some sort! I’ll give him a few tips, since I’m an English teacher, so he can have some food for thought. For all of you reading this post, please know this is ALL in good fun! When you start feeling better, your sense of humor returns, thank goodness! #1: My maiden last name is Swift. (I’m sure it is ok to say that since I haven’t used that name in a long, long while...when I first started having health issues decades ago, that was my last name). “Not so Swift” might be appropriate since it has taken me FOREVER to feel better!!! #2: I am a teacher, which he knows, and there are all sorts of ways to make fun of that. I make fun of myself at times for being a crazy high school English teacher: whatever possessed me??? #3: I am stubborn as the day is long, which Mel also knows, since I stubbornly refused to attend conference calls or join the forum for a really long time....which, by the way, is NOT going to help a person to get better! MULE might be a good nickname on that front, and my husband would probably agree whole-heartedly! Those are probably enough ideas to get the wheels turning in Mel’s mind! LOL! I pray for all of you daily! Psalm 150: “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!” Jamie | ||||||
