Hello, everyone.

I had a challenging week. After a really good run of feeling pretty awesome, my Morgellons and Lyme decided to rear their ugly heads.

After a productive chat with Mel, I learned the following lessons:

#1: Make sure to drink enough water with WPS lest I burn my esophagus again!

#2: Make sure I don’t spray magnesium oil on myself BEFORE I use my infrared sauna.

#3: Make sure I don’t internalize family or work drama. The stress does me no good. Mel vowed to break me of that habit. He’ll have fun with that one...I’ve internalized my stress for 53 years! However, at this point, I actually KNOW I have to change my ways.

I owe a special thanks to not only Mel, but also to Cheryl and Donna who gave me some good advice and perspective while I was home from school for two days. Fortunately, today marks the first day of my April vacation from school. Even though I have a ton of school work to do, I will not have to rush it.

I am attending that retirement workshop Monday, and I will be well armed with questions. My husband is being unusually supportive about the prospect of my retirement being sooner rather than later. I think he finally realizes that the workload and stress are not good for me. I’m not sure if it will happen at the end of this year, but it will happen as soon as it is possible. My original plan (to retire at year 35–I am finishing 31) is absolutely out the window in my mind.

I don’t have anything new to report about either Nichole, unfortunately. Thank you for the continued prayers.

I am looking forward to conference calls this weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, unless something unexpected comes up.

I continue to keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Jamie
