How fortunate your children are to have been raised in South Carolina—such an incredibly beautiful state in so many locations!
I half expected that I would “crash and burn” when I came home from vacation, but that hasn’t really happened, fortunately. I think it’s a good sign.
I go back to school this upcoming Monday. Part of me really wishes that I could just be able to walk in and hand in my resignation so that I can avoid the strenuous nature of teaching. However, I think God wants me back for another year, or I guarantee I would have been given some kind of indication otherwise! I just need to remember the mantra: slow and steady. No job is worth my health.
