Hi Jamie,

Loved hearing about your vacation to the Carolinas, that is where I grew up and we take things for granted when we live there.

Yes people are very friendly and hospitable back there, you made me want to go home, also
the Southern BBQ is to die for, but we cannot have that right now. So happy you enjoyed it there!

Did you stay strictly on your diet and protocol while traveling?

I am getting ready to head to Newport Beach for a few days and am worried about how I can eat, take my shakes and was while in a hotel.

Would appreciate any advice you did on your trip.
