Hi Jamie,

Thank you very kindly for all of the nice mentions of me in your thread. You really are such a warm-hearted and friendly person. It has truly been a pleasure to get to know you :-)

I have been reading through your thread, starting with 4/14/19, and I love how you incorporate stories and quotes into your thread.

I really enjoyed reading about Mrs. Dubose (4/17). Thank you for the Camellia and the reminder to be brave.

The imitation poem exercise based on the passage from "Night" by Elie Wiesel was very touching (5/8/19). I was surprised that your students were willing to open up so much to you. If I could get anyone to honestly do that exercise, I think I would learn an enormous amount about them.

The quote by William Cayce was lovely (6/26 post). His thought that we should always try to see what is hopeful and helpful in others, because what we think on we become, reminded me of this beautiful verse.

2 Corinthians 3:18 (NIV)

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

I can tell you love authors and stories. I hope one day you will write that book you dream about writing.

You mentioned in your 6/12 post that you were going to read the Bible each day during your summer break. Which book of the Bible did you decide to start with?

Thank you for the video of the secretary singing "At Last" to announce the official start of summer break (6/4). What an amazing voice! And she looked so sincere, just as if she was singing a love song. I guess she does love summer break :-)

I am very happy for you, that you had such amazing blood test results! I am glad your stomach is feeling better too. Gastritis does seem to be something doctors say when they don't know what is wrong.

Thank you for the important information about HR220.

You have made some fantastic goals for yourself. I hope that with God's help, you are well by 5/4/20, and you do get to run in another half marathon with your sister someday.

I hope you and your husband have a lovely vacation this month.

God bless,

Cheryl
