I am so sorry that your first day back was so full of negativity and sadness.
I can't write like you but I just wanted you to know that I'll be praying that you can get through the year without feeling defeated and just be encouraged. I am sure as Karen said that you are a phenomenal teacher and the kids, the most important of all, really appreciate and care about you so much. I can't imagine being a teacher in this day and age and you deserve so much credit.
You are definitely an author and I can't wait to read the book you are going to write.
