Hello, Timothy,

So happy to hear from you! I certainly hope that you are feeling a little better every day!

Thank you for your perspective! I’m inclined to think that it is not my water intake, although I struggle to drink as much as some people probably can. You would never believe how many times I use the restroom on a daily basis...I must have the world’s smallest bladder! I also cannot just run out of my classroom every time I feel the urge, which is often, because I cannot leave my students unattended. It is absolutely agonizing sometimes! I consciously drink water all day and evening. My students have already noticed how much water I am drinking. I’m currently testing out alkaline water to see if there is any benefit to it. I’ve only been drinking it for a few days, so I think it’s a bit early to tell. Mel and I have spoken, and I have added Vitamin D back in as well as an additional Magnifical. We will see. Ironically, I spoke to Maria this afternoon, and she mentioned that she has experienced this phenomenon as well. They do only last a minute or two, as you described, which is good...at least they pass quickly. Yes, the “seizures” are more like cramps, although sometimes it makes me lose my balance. You are correct about the sodium, too...that has been my experience as well.

Yes, my students are bringing some joy into my life, which will certainly make going to work far more pleasurable! I haven’t once thought about my Morgellons in class this year...I did last year...so that must be progress of some sort.

I hope to hear you on the calls this weekend! :)
