I think it's awesome that you are on vacation with your husband and doing well while away from home!
It's great that you are facing your fears and anxiety during your journey and understanding how important it is to overcome these things in order to receive your full health back.
I agree that being in our own head at times can be very scary! That's why it is so important to capture those thoughts (2Cor.10:5) quickly.
This truly is a victory along your journey! You are 'staying the course!!
