Hi Jamie,

Thank you for your post and the song by Horacio Spafford. It is one of my favorites.

I'm sorry to hear about your mom and your migraines. I have a couple of friends that play golf and both have had cancer. I truly believe that the golf courses are sprayed with pesticides and weed killer and may be behind their getting sick. It just makes me sick thinking about all the toxins in our environment.

Migraines are so awful and I will pray for you. I've only had two but MacKenzie suffers from them from time to time.

I really like the CALM quote too!
