Dear Jamie,
Just want you to know I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers always.

I'm sorry to hear you've had a challenging week. We always seem to follow the same cycle you and I--my week was roughish too.

That full moon also through me for a loop.

I too started keeping a food/vitamin log...it just makes life easier to rely upon notes rather than memory.
