Hi Jamie,

The log is a great idea and I am guilty of not keeping one as well. It makes so much sense really.

I'm sorry you had a rough week. It is so discouraging but you persevere and it gives encouragement to you and the rest of us knowing that it is just a bump in the road.

I love the poem and it really does resonate with what we are all dealing with.
