Dear Jen,

It's not easy when your system is so so sensitive. I think many people with toxic disease are hyper sensitive and have many allergies and sensitivities.
I also think many of us have methylation pathway problems.

It makes it difficult being so sensitive, but not impossible. Knowledge is power and I'm really glad that you have a lot of knowledge about the issues that you face. And it's great that John B from Logos wrote to you here about it as well. He is an absolute powerhouse of knowledge regards the protocol and health in general. He and Mel will guide you every step of the way in your healing journey.

Mel says, 'slow and steady wins the race,' and every body has different needs and challenges. You can work with your body slowly and surely to get results.

And in time you can research the website and listen to conference calls and get all the info you need to have a great diet.

Rome wasn't built in a day, it took us all a good while to get sick. It then takes a good while to get well again!!

But you can and you will get there,

Best wishes
Chrissie

Hello John,

Thank you for responding to my questions. I'm not taking methyfolate. Maybe I should? It's something I noticed in one of the supplements.

And hyperthyroid may have turned hypo. I've been taking Herb pharm herbs and it's been a huge help. Noticed I am much cooler these days and less affected by humidity. TSH is unremarkable so still hesitant on iodine.

Thank you so much! God bless!

Hi Tea,

Thank you for ideas about diet. There are many that is a great reminder to eat more of and less of the not so good.

Sugar is my one default as it's been a helper when I don't feel good. Or even mindless munching (coined while working for Hershey's). Hey it sells more candy and applies to much more.

I realize I do better with a plan. As I collect ideas I will combine into a weekly plan. It makes me feel safe and relaxed when it comes to food. Guess it's one of my addictions. :)

Does anyone have something that works?

Look forward to your diet call. Won't miss it!

All my best to you, Mel and everyone.
