Welcome again.
I certainly don't recommend cutting all your hair off, but I can see how it might be beneficial for those with lots of lesions on their head. Let me suggest you try using the search engine using the words "scalp" and "head". It will bring up lots of useful information beginning with Scalp-Temple dated 10/09/2011.
I will say this. With the exception of MMS baths, I never got much relief from topical treatments. My focus on a limited budget was to restore my health from the inside out.
